What can I say about myself that will catch your interest, be informative and also be the truth? Hmm, tricky one that.

Well, I live in Glasgow, Scotland with my girlfriend, a lizard and a dog. I work from home as freelance writer and this means that I have too much time to spend online and have a very bad habit of getting side-tracked. My main distraction at the moment is Eve Online. In the past, I’ve done a lot of different jobs, everything from cleaning dishes in a hotel kitchen to being a problem solver for one of the biggest financial institutions in the world. Scarily, there is more satisfaction from seeing a clean frying-pan than there is from retrieving 3 Billion Dollars that seems to have been carelessly misplaced.

What happens next? Well, just starting serious writing again and working hard to make a go of that. In an ideal world, I would sit and write the novels that are floating around in the dark recesses of my mind, but at this point, I’m doing small pieces of work for various journals and web-sites. I will get round to throwing up a portfolio here soon, honest.
